The galvanometer of general laser printers (including common semiconductor laser printers, carbon dioxide laser printers, and fiber laser printers) are composed of two parts: the first is the manipulator; the second is the vibrating lens (motor ), what effect does this galvanometer have on the function of the laser printing machine, and what effect does it have on the laser printer?  1. Vibration lens of laser printer:    is composed of stator, rotor and detection sensor. The vibrating lens is a moving coil type (the rotor is a coil), and the others are of a moving magnet type (the rotor is a magnetic core). All the vibrating lenses are selected as permanent magnets as the magnetic core; the detection sensor imitates the galvanometer as a capacitive sensor. The digital galvanometer is a grating ruler detection sensor. The capacitance sensor detects a small change in the capacitance of the sensor when the motor swings, converts the change in capacitance into an electrical signal, feeds it back to the manipulator, and then performs closed-loop control. The grating ruler sensor measures the actual deflection point of view through the grating ruler, and then transforms it into an electrical signal, which is fed back to the manipulator for closed-loop control. Because the rotor is a coil, the coil is relatively large and has a large moment of inertia, which is not conducive to rapid response, so it is not used at all. Therefore, the moving magnetic type is tightly mounted on the rotating shaft due to the hollow cylindrical magnetic core, which is small in size, small in inertia, and has a good quick response function, which is more conducive to the high-speed marking of the laser inkjet printer.  2. Classification of galvanometer motors of laser cij printers:   Motors are mainly divided into four categories: communication motors, DC motors, AC and DC motors, and special purpose motors. Communication motors include synchronous motors and asynchronous motors. Special-purpose motors include electric dynamometers, synchronous cameras, advance cameras, micro motors, and other special-purpose motors. The moving part is called the rotor, and the stopped part is called the stator. The generator absorbs mechanical power from the mechanical system and outputs electric power to the electric system; the motor absorbs electric power from the electric system and outputs mechanical power to the mechanical system. In the process of internal energy conversion of the motor, there are electrical energy, mechanical energy, magnetic field energy and thermal energy. The thermal energy is generated by the internal energy loss of the motor, which should be minimized during the design. Because the laser printing machine relies on the cooperation of X and Y vibration deflection, the light is reflected to the work surface for accurate carving. The control of the galvanometer is controlled by a computer in an open loop. Therefore, it is necessary to be linear, that is, a linear relationship between the input signal and the deflection point of view. Because the galvanometer is a fast and precise machine, it is required to increase the acceleration from one operating condition to another.
