In practical applications, the laser marking machine needs to adjust the focal length from time to time, so how to adjust it?
At present, the commonly used method to adjust the focal length of the laser marking machine is to raise and lower the worktable. Next, let’s talk about the principle of the lifting of the worktable: the four corners of the worktable plane are supported by four light circles, a screw rod is in the middle, there are four guide sleeves on the base of the worktable, and there is a set of nut mechanism in the middle, the nut passes through A pair of bevel gears are turned 90 degrees for transmission, and there is a handle at the front of the table that rotates to adjust the height of the table.
The mechanism is also relatively complex in principle, with a lot of parts, especially the four smooth circles and the gap between the guide bush and the lead screw due to the machining accuracy problem, it is easy to cause the lifting process to be unsmooth and work. The phenomenon that the table plane is lifted and twisted at the same time, and the mechanical strength of this mechanism is very poor, which is not suitable for heavy workpieces. If it is used for a long time, the plane of the laser marking machine will be twisted.
