As a well-known condiment manufacturer, NutriAsia company strictly implements production standards in accordance with EU laws and regulations, requiring that the printing time on each product package be consistent with the system clock.
2)Technical Challenges and System Solutions
The printing time is accurate and consistent with the system clock is a sore point of inkjet industry. At present, the system clock of inkjet equipment in the world will have an error of at least 60 seconds every month.
Traditional Solutions: Manual calibration is required every day. However, the human proofreading error may happen, which still can not solve the packaging display (printing) time and system time consistent problem.
R&D team of LEAD TECH Group propose solutions: Design a TR system (the system clock calibration system), which read the real-time systems at the time a computer is sent to the inkjet printer via a USB serial port used to connect to inkjet printer and PC (A computer whose system time has been calibrated), and realizes the time of inkjet printer system clock consistent with computer system.
TR system needs to operate once a day. It means that TR system should be inserted into the computer USB to complete the clock calibration and ensure the accuracy of the inkjet printer system time.
This scheme solved the error factors of manual calibration. As soon as this scheme was proposed, it was recognized by NutriAsia enterprise and applied in the field. But after half a year, NutriAsia company feedback that the operation is still not very convenient and hope to further optimize the plan.
After receiving the optimization demand from NutriAsia company, LEAD TECH Group developed a RTC system (contactless clock calibration system). Its principle is to connect the local Internet time server through Wi-Fi to obtain accurate hour hand, realize real-time automatic update of inkjet system clock, and also have the function of TR system at the same time.
The characteristics of RTC system are: compatible with contactless and wired dual systems at the same time, without manual participation in the case of stable Wi-Fi signal, automatic update time; When the Wi-Fi signal is unstable or no signal is detected, the system automatically alarms, and then complete calibration according to TR system operation steps.
The introduction of RTC system achieves double guarantee for NutriAsia Company product packaging marking accuracy.

NutriAsia Incorporated starts out as Enri ton Natural foods,Inc.with just one regional brand called Nelicom that produces catsup,not sauce,soy sauce and fish sauce.The company acquires Jufran and Mafran and enters a joint venture with Acres & Acres,the company that produces Datu Puti Vinegar,Papa Banana Catsup and Mang Tomas.The joint venture is later named Southeast Asia Food Inc,or SAFI.
1994:First Sheridan distributes SAFI Brands
SAFI acquires Amihan,a regional brand known for vinegar and other sauces.With the growth of sales,comes the birth of First Sheridan-distribution affiliate of SAFI.
1996:UFC Acquisition-A Leap Towards National
SAFI acquires UFC,an iconic brand among banana catsup lovers,And in the same year,founds NutriAsia Inc,the holding company that acquired the UFC brand.
1998-2000
SAFI streamlines factory sites from fifteen to five.The consolidation radically improves profits which were the re-invested to grow the company’s core catsup,sauces and liquid condiment business.
2001-2013:New Products. New Markets. New Technologies
NutriAsia Iaunches two new categories:cooking sauces and cooking oils.A significant development that helped Heinz-UFC and SAFI acquire new technologies and business processes from their foreign partners.The joint venture with Heinz was short-lived.
