The best working condition of the UV laser marking machine requires multiple tests of its core component, the UV laser, to obtain data for analysis. The following are the test results:
A laser power meter was used to measure the variation of the output power of the UV laser with the pump current under different repetition frequencies. The results are shown in Figure 1.
It can be seen from Figure 1 that the laser can obtain the highest output power under the operating condition of 15 kHz repetition frequency.
The laser pulse width tester was used to measure the variation of the laser output pulse width with the pump current under the conditions of different repetition frequencies. The results are shown in Figure 2.
It can be seen from Figure 2 that when the laser repetition rate is 10 kHz, the output pulse width of the laser is the narrowest; With the increase of repetition frequency, the pulse width is obviously widened.
Under the condition of different repetition frequencies, the output power and pulse width of the laser were measured and analyzed. The results show that the laser can obtain the best output power and pulse width.
