Common faults and solutions of laser coders and laser printers

Occasionally some problems may occur during the use of the laser marking machine. If these problems cannot be dealt with in time, the equipment may be unusable or the marked products may be unqualified, which will affect the delivery time of the products. The maintenance of the marking machine seems to be very troublesome. In fact, the working principle is very simple. As long as we understand its principle, many problems can be easily solved by ourselves.

The intensity of the laser decreases, the marking is not clear enough, possible problems and solutions:

1. Check whether the resonant cavity of the laser changes: fine-tune the resonance Cavity lens, so that the output spot is the best.

2. The acousto-optic crystal is offset or the output energy of the acousto-optic power supply is low: adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal or increase the working current of the acousto-optic power supply.

3. The laser entering the galvanometer is off-center: adjust the laser.

4. If the current is adjusted to about 20A and the photosensitive intensity is still not enough: the krypton lamp is aging, replace it with a new one.

The krypton lamp cannot be triggered, possible problems and solutions:

Check all the power cables, the high-voltage krypton lamp is aging, and replace the krypton lamp.

There is one long and three short alarms when online, possible problems and solutions:

1. The software does not work

2 , the motherboard is loose, turn on the computer, please re-insert it.

3. When the Q drive alarm light is on, check whether the 37-pin and 15-pin are loose, and whether the Q switch has normal water flow.

4. When the laser power alarm light is on, check whether the chiller is turned on and whether the lamp is damaged (if damaged, the lamp needs to be replaced).
