Failure analysis and troubleshooting of A400 series inkjet printers without failure icons

1. There is no display on the screen when the power is turned on. Reason a: The power supply has no voltage. Solution: Check the power supply and related insurance. Reason b: The screen is not correctly set correctly (keys make a sound). Solution: After restarting the printer, press ctrl+L and wait for the screen to change. After it is clear, press any key to confirm. 2. The quality of the printed fonts is poor or the characters are incomplete. Reason a: The nozzle is too far away from the object being sprayed. Solution: Adjust the distance between the nozzle and the printing surface. Reason b: The font height is set too small or too large. Solution: reset the character height. Reason c: The font width is set too small or too large. Solution: reset the character width. Reason d: The shape of the breakpoint is wrong. Solution: Observe and adjust the breakpoint. Reason e: Ink is hanging in the recovery tube. Solution: Observe and adjust the ink line after cleaning the ink recovery tube. Reason f: The relative movement is uneven and stable. Solution: Re-determine the printing position or use a rotary encoder. 3. There is no fault prompt, but the product is not printed. Reason a: The word width or the printing delay is set incorrectly. Solution: Re-adjust the character width or printing delay. Reason b: The sensor is faulty. Solution: Check the availability and completeness of the sensor. Reason c: The printing mode is set incorrectly. Solution: Check and modify the printing settings. 4. During the production process, the printed product has the phenomenon of missing printing. Reason a: Improper installation of the sensor (electric eye). Solution: Change the installation position of the electric eye to ensure that each product can be sensed by the electric eye, and eliminate the influence of color on the induction. Reason b: The sensor is faulty. Solution: Check the availability and completeness of the sensor. Reason c: The printing mode is set incorrectly. Solution: Check and modify the printing settings. 5. The ink line position is incorrect or unstable. Reason a: The nozzle is clogged. Solution: Clean the nozzle. Reason b: The filter is clogged. Solution: The trained operator can replace the filter under the guidance of the service engineer. Reason c: The ink line position is wrong. Solution: After ensuring that the nozzle is unobstructed, adjust the ink line.
