Fiber laser marking machine tutorial:

1. Power on 

1. Connect the external 220V power supply. (The ground wire must be properly grounded, otherwise it will affect the normal use of the board, laser and other functions, or even damage!) 

2. Turn on the main power switch of the equipment air switch.

3. Start the computer and turn it on at the same time: red light, galvanometer, laser switch. After the computer starts normally, open the Ezcad2.7.6 marking software.

4. Load graphics or input text, etc., and set various parameters. 

5. Adjust the focal length, aim the infrared rays at the marking position, and start working. (Fiber laser has no harm to the human body, don't be afraid of light energy hurting people, but don't stay under the laser for a long time, because there is heat)

2. Shut down 

1. Turn off Ezcad2 first .7.6 Marking software.

2. Then turn off: laser, galvanometer, red light, computer, air switch main power.

Laser marking mechanism

This laser marking machine adopts fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm. This product is a class IV laser product and conforms to the national standard GB7247.1 -2012.

Laser has high brightness, high directivity, high monochromaticity and high coherence, which is unmatched by ordinary lighting sources. After the laser beam is focused, a high temperature of thousands or even tens of thousands of degrees can be generated at the focal point, making it possible to process almost all materials.

Laser marking is to use a laser beam to engrave permanent marks on the surface of various substances. The effect of marking is to expose the deep material through the evaporation of the surface material, or to 'engrave' traces through the chemical and physical changes of the surface material caused by the action of light energy, showing the graphics and text to be etched.

1.2 Features of laser marking

1) It can process a variety of metal and non-metal materials, especially for high hardness, high melting point and brittle materials.

2) It belongs to non-contact processing, does not damage the product, has no tool wear, and has good marking quality.

7.1 Precautions when maintaining the machine

1) When the machine is not working, the power of the marking machine and the computer should be cut off.

2) When the machine is not working, cover the field lens lens to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.

3) When the machine is working, the circuit is in a high voltage state, and non-professionals should not repair it when it is turned on to avoid electric shock accidents.

4) If there is any failure of the machine, the power should be cut off immediately.

5) During the working process of the marking machine, do not move the marking machine to avoid damage to the machine.

6) Do not stack or place other items on the marking machine, so as not to affect the cooling effect of the machine.

7) Irregularly check the cleaning of the lens surface of the field lens. If there is dust, oil, etc., use a absorbent cotton ball with more than 75% medical alcohol to wipe the mirror surface from one side. Remember not to wipe it back and forth to avoid scratching the mirror surface. Affect the light-emitting effect; do not wipe with a rag or paper towel.
