After turning on the next day in the side spray mode, spray some cleaning fluid on the surface of the nozzle, and then gently squeeze the ink bag after one minute; let the nozzle flow out the ink, then place a piece of white paper in front of the nozzle and press hard. Press the button and move the paper in front of the nozzle; test the printing effect of 128 holes and all ink (no white line), then OK, if there is a white line in the middle of the spray, then squeeze the ink bag; repeat the following work until the printing effect is OK After that, start work again. 3. After turning on the next day using the downward printing method, loosen the handle screw on the nozzle clamp block and move the nozzle horizontally, repeat the work of ②, and confirm the printing effect; adjust the nozzle to the desired printing position and lock Tighten the handle screw to fix the nozzle. Please note that before loosening the handle screws, any action to change the direction of the print head forcefully is prohibited; it will cause the print head to not be tightened tightly and affect the printing quality.　　 Fourth, the coding machine should be refueled where it is best to add lubricating oil every month, so that the machine can be kept in good condition.
