The printer has been down for too long, and the residual ink in the ink supply lines and nozzles has dried up, causing the ink tubes or nozzle gates to become blocked. When processing, it is also necessary to analyze whether there are ink lines.
The customer shared by the technology today is a well-known cable company. Due to the epidemic, some small-character cij printers have been disabled. Now the production line is going to be resumed. This fault is caused by the failure of the customer to shut down and stop the ink properly and cause the blockage of the ink storage ink path. We decided to clean up the nozzle and some of the ink paths in the throat.
After testing, it was found that most of the ink channels of the ink tank were blocked. We used a syringe to inject the cleaning agent into the machine and soaked it for several hours, and then cleaned the nozzle and the ink supply circuit of the nozzle with a steel wire to ensure the smooth flow of the ink.
After the clogged printer is dealt with, we still need to test it before delivering it to the customer. Generally, after cleaning, the ink concentration will become lower, so the test should be run for about 8 hours, and then the maintenance will be completed after the printing quality is stable. If the viscosity of the logo is low, it should be the cause of more cleaning agents, and it is recommended to start the operation more to observe.
