1. Fault code: 07F

Fault name: The recovery sensor does not work

Consequences of failure: There is no signal between the recycling block and the CPU, no printing!

Cause of failure: circuit is disconnected, CPU board is faulty

Solution: Check that the rear of the nozzle is dirty, the connection of the recovery block, the circuit connection in the throat, replace the recovery block, and replace the CPU board.

2. Fault code: 08F

Fault name: Charging power supply overload

Consequences of failure: There is a problem with the 350V power supply used for charging, and no printing!

Cause of failure: Dirty print head, faulty charging pole, faulty CPU board

Solution: clean and dry the nozzle, check the charging electrode, charging circuit, and replace the motherboard.

3. Fault code: 09F

Fault name: crystal oscillator power supply overload

Consequences of failure: The print head circuit board is faulty when the crystal oscillator power is supplied and cannot be printed.

Cause of failure: Dirty print head, crystal oscillator circuit board, problems with nozzle components, problems with CPU board

Solution: clean and dry the nozzle, check the connection of the nozzle assembly, check the crystal oscillator circuit board, and replace the main board.

4. Fault code: 20F

Fault name: The recovery valve does not work

Consequences of failure: the ink cannot be recycled into the recycling pipeline, and no printing!

Cause of failure: The recovery valve does not work

Solution: perform 'recovery solenoid valve test' in the maintenance menu, soak the valve block, and replace the nozzle solenoid valve block.

5. Fault code: 24F

Fault name: Nozzle cleaning valve does not work

Cause of failure: The valve is not closed tightly, which will cause the ink to enter the additive bag.

Solution: test the solenoid valve, soak the valve block, and replace the nozzle valve block.

6. Fault code: 26F

Fault name: Nozzle pressure valve does not work

Consequences of failure: The printer fails when opening the ink line and does not print!

Cause of failure: pressure valve blocked

Solution: use the pressure valve cleaning process, soak the valve block, replace the valve block

7. Fault code: 27A

Fault name: Nozzle return valve does not work

Cause of failure: Ink line is not correct

Solution: open the nozzle/test the solenoid valve, soak the valve block, and replace the valve block.

8. Fault code: 81F

Fault name: Ink dot detection fault

Failure Consequences: Ink Dot Phase Detection Failure

Cause of failure: Dirty print head/Bad breakpoint/Reed of print head cover/Ink abnormality/Incorrect working parameters/Related connections/ADP board/Motherboard

Solution: Dirty print head - clean the print head and dry it; bad break point - check and adjust the break point; check the reed of the print head cover; check and clean the cleanness and contact of the detection pole connection at the back of the print head; abnormal ink - check the ink and the validity period of additives and the pressure of the machine and the viscosity of the ink, if necessary, use an empty ink bag to discharge the ink, and hang the appropriate ink; check the connection of the charging circuit/detection pole to the ADP board, and the connection of the ADP board to the main board; replace ADP board/motherboard. If the breakpoint cannot be adjusted to the ideal state, please perform nozzle maintenance, replace the nozzle assembly, check the crystal oscillator power supply board and connection, and replace the main board.

9. Fault code: 85F

Fault name: No recovery detected, ink line deviates from the recovery slot

Consequences of failure: Proper flow signal of ink line in recovery tank cannot be detected

Failure reason 1: The ink line is unstable and the ink line is not in the center of the recovery tank and the ink line cannot be shot into the recovery tank

Solution: Perform nozzle maintenance operations such as opening the nozzle, solvent inhalation, and stability inspection. If it is very stable but only slightly left and right, please adjust the recovery tank. If the operation of opening the nozzle for a long time is invalid, please replace the nozzle assembly.

Failure reason 2: Shooting and not recovering

Solution: Test the recovery valve, test the recovery pump, and check that the recovery block/recovery pipeline is unobstructed. If the recovery valve is not handled properly, replace the valve block. Recovery Pump - M6

Failure reason 3: no ink line

Solution: clean and dry the nozzle, perform maintenance operations such as opening the nozzle and stability check, test the nozzle pressure valve, if it does not sound, use the cleaning pressure solenoid valve function to deal with it, if not, replace the nozzle solenoid valve block if there is a problem, if the valve is good Check whether the ink has reached the nozzle. If it reaches the nozzle, it will be opened for a long time. If the fault is still there, replace the nozzle module.

10. Fault code: 86F

Fault name: high voltage power failure

Consequences of failure: abnormal high voltage deflection

Cause of failure: high voltage package problem

Solution: Reconnect the high-voltage package to the motherboard after the power is off. If the fault is still there, replace the high-voltage package!

11. Fault code: 87F

Fault name: high voltage fault

Consequences of failure: the cij printer detects that the leakage current of the high-voltage circuit is large

Cause of failure: The leakage current of the high-voltage circuit exceeds the specification

Solution: clean and dry the print head; open the back cover of the print head, clean and dry the back of the print head; reconnect and check the connection between the high-pressure package and the print head, and disconnect the high-voltage line of the high-pressure package for judgment, if it is disconnected, it will report a fault and replace the high-pressure If the high pressure package does not work, replace the nozzle.

12. Fault code: 88F

Fault name: Timeout of ink line speed test

Consequences of failure: the printer cannot calculate the ink line speed within 12 minutes

Cause of failure: Dirty print head

Solution: check and handle the same as 81F
