Antifreeze Tips
Install an air conditioner in the work room and keep the temperature around 10°C.
Keep the water cool for 24 hours, keep the water flowing without freezing.
Add ethylene glycol antifreeze to water, if you add 30% antifreeze to water, it will not freeze even at -20℃.
How do I evacuate the water?
Turn off the power to the machine, then open the exhaust valve and drain all the water out of the tank.
Drain the screw on the pump to drain the water in the pump.
Remove the hose from the tank. Connect the 0.2Mpa gas to other water pipes and drain all the water in the laser generator.

Maintenance tips for water-cooled laser equipment in winter
1. After using the machine, first disconnect the main power supply and turn off the For water pump or chiller, disconnect the silicone tube between the water inlet and outlet of the laser tube, and blow the water in the laser tube clean with your mouth. If the power of the laser tube reaches more than 60w, you can also use an air pump or a small air compressor to blow the water clean. It is recommended that the laser tube of 40w be blown clean with the mouth.
2. Customers who use water pumps should remind them that the water circulation in the laser marking machine has a thick black tube, which is water protection. Also make sure that the water inside is clean, otherwise it will freeze and crack the water protection.
3. If you are still worried, you can remove the laser tube and pour out the water. In this case, the position of the laser tube may vary slightly. Re-dimming when reinstalling.
4. There is a sewage outlet and a rotating head under the chiller. Water can be released after unscrewing, which is very convenient. After the water is drained, the chiller can be placed in a place where the temperature is relatively high. The next time you use it, you can refill it with purified water.
5. Customers who find it troublesome can add antifreeze to the laser. Not all pure antifreeze, if you have not used antifreeze, you can ask the dealer. The ratio of antifreeze to water varies depending on your local temperature. According to the actual situation.
6. Especially for the chiller, if the water is refilled after being stopped for a period of time, the water pump must be exhausted before restarting, otherwise the water pump will be damaged.
7. For the chiller with antifreeze added, please pay attention to replace it with normal cooling water after winter, and change back to the original parameters. Before changing the water, please rinse the antifreeze in the entire water tank and pipeline, and then change the water normally. Replace the deionization cartridge at the same time as the water change.
