If the light spot is not round, it needs to be adjusted again. The light spot is relatively round, the green light is the brightest, and the uniform distribution is the best mode. At this time, the laser output quality is the best and the energy is the largest.

Step 7: Adjust the focus lens Purpose: Make the laser pass through the center of the focus lens.

When adjusting the optical path, pay attention to the following issues:

1. When adjusting the frame, the adjustment range should not be too large at one time;

2. When locking the crystal, it is not advisable to use too much force, and the changing state of the red light should be observed at any time;

3. When the current should be adjusted to a lower level, then adjust the light path;

4. If there are special requirements for the beam to be thinner, an aperture can be added between the laser cavity and the half mirror. At this time, the output light will be weakened to varying degrees;

5. Debugging process It is necessary to pay attention that the lens is not polluted by smoke and dust.
