1. Due to the long-term use of the UV laser marking machine, the dust in the air may be adsorbed on the focusing mirror, the resonator diaphragm, the mirror diaphragm and the crystal end face, which will reduce the laser efficiency of the UV laser marking machine. If the power is too high, it will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and even burn or burst.

2. Cleaning of optical lenses: Mix anhydrous alcohol with ether in a ratio of 3:1, dip a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper into the mixture, The surface of the lens is wiped spirally from the center of the lens to the peripheral edge, and the cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced every time it is wiped.

3. Cleaning of the cavity: After the UV laser marking machine is used for one year, the inner wall of the filter glass tube in the cavity may be adhered to a layer due to the quality of the cooling water. Scale will affect the light output efficiency and needs to be cleaned (this cleaning must be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer).

4. Regularly clean the dust on the cooling fan and fan blades of the UV laser marking machine, and pay attention to observe the operation of the fan during the operation.

5. When the indoor ambient temperature and humidity are high in summer, condensation will form on the surface of the cooled laser crystal and acousto-optic crystal. At this time, UV laser marking should be stopped. Machine use, otherwise it will damage the laser mask.

6. The laser processing workpiece will produce a small amount of spatter and smoke. Long-term use will attach dirt to the surface of the field lens to protect the lens, thereby affecting the laser output energy. Clean the protective lens of the UV laser marking machine.
