There is a problem with the charging point and the phase detection circuit. The charging slot is dirty and ink is stuck. The charging slot is broken. So how to deal with the charging ink dot detection failure? We generally deal with it from simple to complex. 1. Check whether the split is normal. Adjust the modulation voltage if it is abnormal, and observe the change. 2. Check whether the charging tank is dirty. Clean if dirty. 3. Check whether the set value of ink viscosity is too different from the current value? The viscosity of the ink can be judged.
