1. If the ink cartridge does not need to be used immediately, please do not open it. Once the ink cartridge is opened, it must be used up as soon as possible within the validity period! Please refer to the outer packaging of the ink cartridge for the validity period.

2. The best storage environment temperature for ink cartridges is 5°C to 30°C, and the humidity is 30% to 60% RH (the working/storage environment of different types of inks will vary, please refer to the corresponding instructions for details).

3. The ink cartridge printing distance (the distance from the nozzle surface to the surface of the object to be printed) is recommended to be kept within 3mm, but the printed matter cannot touch the nozzle.

4. If the ink cartridge does not print for a long time, it should be removed from the machine, wipe the nozzle clean and put on the ferrule (cartridge cover), and place the nozzle upward in a closed and clean room. If the ink cartridge does not print for a short time, it can be left on the machine. At the same time, the 'idle inkjet' function of the inkjet printer is turned on to prevent the nozzle from drying and causing the nozzle to be temporarily blocked. (Remarks: 'Idle inkjet' needs to be valid when printing is turned on; when this function is turned on, ink will be wasted!)

5. It is forbidden to shake the ink cartridge vigorously, so as not to damage the nozzle or generate air bubbles due to the pressure of the ink (for special types of white ink, the ink cartridge needs to be shaken).

6. The ink cartridge should be installed and disassembled at a certain angle. The action should be gentle, and no force should be used to avoid damage to the ink cartridge caused by puncturing the cable and chip at the bottom of the cassette; the metal contacts at the bottom of the cassette should be kept clean and intact. Avoid poor contact and lead to the decline of printing quality; do not scratch the nozzle during daily use and maintenance, otherwise the printing quality will decline.

7. The ink cartridge chip needs to be attached to the correct position, otherwise it will not be read; the ink cartridge chip cannot be punctured, otherwise the ink cartridge will not be able to be read; when the chip record usage percentage is above 90%, the printing quality may begin to decline. This is a normal phenomenon (close to empty cassettes). When the usage percentage is above 100%, it will prompt the cassette to be invalid. Chips and ink cartridges need to be in one-to-one correspondence. One chip cannot be attached to different ink cartridges for cumulative use, so as to avoid new ink cartridges being attached with other chips to indicate that the cartridge is invalid.
