At present, laser marking machines are mainly used in online marking and laser engraving, among which online marking is the main direction of laser marking at present, and the market prospect is very large. Among various marking methods, galvanometer marking has become the mainstream marking because of its wide application range, vector marking and dot matrix characters, adjustable marking range and fast marking speed. It is considered to represent the development direction of laser marking in the future. Galvo marking can be used not only for online marking, but also for laser engraving, marking high-quality graphics or text, etc. Therefore, galvanometer laser marking has a tendency to replace other marking methods and has broad application prospects. In terms of marking area, the commonly used parameters of laser marking machines in the domestic market are: 70*70, 110*110, 140*140, 220*220. Minimum line width: 0.1-0.15mm. The scanning range of the field lens used for YAG should not exceed 200*200.
