I1)Challenges for GOPAL NAMKEEN

Indian law requires that the printed information on food packages be in the same place. GOPAL NAMKEEN, the world's largest maker of potato chips, required 4sets inkjet printers on the rewinding machine to comply with local regulations. At the same time, according to the content sheet [1 line number (15 characters at most)],  4sets inkjet printers should code in the specified position on the high-speed food packaging bag production line, which can accelerate in the speed from 0 to 300 m/min, maintain 300 m/min, and suddenly decelerate from300 m/min to 0.

After receiving GOPAL's requirements for high-speed and constant speed multi-machine inkjet in June 2011, LEAD TECH Group immediately organized a R&D team to develop a Synchronous Positioning Inkjet Control System adapted to GOPAL. After many times of field debugging and correction, the final solution was applied to the GOPAL production line and achieved the desired effect.

Gopal Namkeen’s Company Profile:

The foundation stone of Gopal Namkeen was laid in the year 1994 by Bipinbhai Vitthalbhai Hadvani. The endeavour that began with the supply of Namkeen and Snacks to local market of Rajkot grew slowly to reputable proportions. The bigger dream was realized when the company got its own product line at Raj Nagar Society, Rajkot.

Since Dec. 2009, with one of the biggest automatic plant of Gujarat situated at Metoda GIDC, Rajkot with production capacity spreaded over 75,000 Sq. ft. which is expanded up to 2,00,000 Sq. ft. standing over 20,000 Sq. mt. of land, the enterprise has evolved to become a taste tycoon of the state which is famous for its delightful delicacies. The next step on the ladder for Gopal Snacks Pvt. Ltd. is to make its presence felt on the National platform.
