1. Scope of application:

This regulation specifies the laser marking machine operating procedures and equipment maintenance and repair.

2. Operating procedures:

2.1 Power on/off process:

1) Connect to the outside Power supply

2) Start the main power supply: turn on the power switch on the main control box, press the chiller switch, the chiller display shows the current water temperature.

3) Press the computer start switch to enter the marking software system and open the marking software.

4) After the water cooler runs normally for about 30 seconds, turn on the laser power switch, press the run switch, and turn the adjustment knob to adjust the current to 5A.

5) Press Q The power switch on the starter box makes the Q head enter the working state, and the power switch indicator light is on at this time.

6) Press the power switch of the galvanometer driver on the main control to make the galvanometer enter the working state, and adjust the current to the normal value before marking production.

7) After the marking production is over, turn off the workbench start switch and operation switch.

8) Turn off the galvanometer switch of the main control box, and then turn off the power switch of the Q head driver.

9) Turn the laser current adjustment knob to the lowest point, turn off the operation switch, and turn off the laser driver power switch.

10) Turn off the red light button switch, and turn off the chiller after about 30 seconds.

11) Save the production processing file, exit the compliance software, and close the Windows operating system.

12) Turn off the power switch of the main control box and disconnect the external power supply.

2.2 Safety operation requirements:

1) Operators can only operate the laser marking machine when they put on laser glasses and put on them. Marking.

2) During the laser marking process, do not use anything to touch the beam, especially the parts of the human body.

3) Operators must wear dust masks correctly to avoid inhaling fine suspended particles or smoke generated by laser marking during long-term work.

4) It is forbidden to turn on the equipment when the water level of the chiller is too low.

5) It is strictly prohibited to touch the lens with hands or other objects, to wipe the equipment with a damp cloth, and to clean the equipment with electricity.

3. Equipment maintenance and repair

Under normal working conditions, the equipment should be regularly maintained and maintained, and designated personnel are responsible for supervision and implementation.

1) Before starting up, check the equipment cooling system to ensure that the water level line exceeds the engraved line on the water tank and the water pipe is not twisted or folded.

2) There is no abnormal noise after the device is turned on. The equipment is working normally.

3) After work, the operator needs to clean the appearance of the equipment and the surrounding working environment (when cleaning the equipment, it is prohibited to move the machine), so that it is free of debris, dust, and clean, and the equipment is neatly placed and all Related items.

4) Regularly replace the special cooling water and clean the water tank to ensure that the water is clean.

5) Clean the cooling system and the main control box regularly. Lubricate the workbench regularly.

6) Check whether the heat of the pump exceeds 80℃ and whether there is noise during the operation of the pump.

7) Use lens cleaning paper dipped in 99.5% pure alcohol to clean the beam expander and all-reflection lens every year.

8) When the equipment fails, the cause should be carefully analyzed and the manufacturer’s technicians should be notified for maintenance.
