1. The galvanometer motor is not self-locking
Check whether the connection line is open or short-circuited, whether the connection is correct, and whether the fuse is in good condition. After confirming that there is no error, turn on the power and observe whether the indicator light on the galvanometer driver board is on green or yellow. If it does not light up or the red light is on, unplug the power cord of the driver board, and use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage of each terminal at the input end is ±24V. If the voltage is normal, test again to see if the voltage is normal when the driver board and the machine load are attached. If it is not normal, open the control box and test the voltage of the switching power supply without the load. If the voltage is abnormal, just switch the power supply on. damage. After the power input is normal, after all the wires are connected, and the power is turned on, the motor will generally make two ticking sounds. If there is no sound, push the vibrating lens lightly with a little force. If the vibrating lens is not self-locking, drive The board is broken. Of course, when the voltage output is normal, if the driver board light does not light up or the red light is on, it means there is a problem with the galvanometer driver board or the motor. At this time, find a driver board that is confirmed to be in good condition. After connecting correctly, turn on the power and vibrate. If the mirror motor is not self-locking, the galvanometer motor is damaged. Similarly, find a galvanometer motor that is in good condition, connect it to the driver board that cannot be powered on, and turn on the power. If it is not powered on, the galvanometer driver board is damaged. Such repeated wiring must be carried out under the condition of power off.
2. The galvanometer motor is self-locking, but not strong enough
Use a well-confirmed galvanometer drive board and A good galvanometer motor is connected to the drive board and the galvanometer head to be tested respectively. It is powered on normally, and the galvanometer shaft is gently rotated by hand. If it becomes 'hardDamaged mirror motor.
3. The galvanometer motor does not swing
Check whether the marking card has control signal output, (note that its signal is -5V to +5V DC voltage signal) If yes, check whether the galvanometer signal cable is well connected. Otherwise, it can be concluded that the driver board is damaged.
4. There are wavy lines in the marking, and the marking head machine makes a slight noise
The galvanometer driver board sends out The heat is slightly high (interference occurs), check whether the grounding wire is connected correctly (the best grounding method is: X galvanometer signal ground, Y galvanometer signal ground, shielded wire, 220V power ground, and the marking machine casing should be connected), If there is still interference after the ground wire is connected, first check whether the marking card is normal (the inspection method is to replace it with a well-confirmed marking card, and mark to see if there is still interference), if there is still interference, then further Check whether the connecting wire of the galvanometer motor is in good condition and whether it is entangled with other wires. If everything is normal, first replace it with a confirmed galvanometer driver board. If there is no interference, it can be concluded that there is a problem with the galvanometer driver board; interference, there is a problem with the galvanometer motor. 5. Howling
As in step 4, test the marking card signal, wiring, external interference, etc. If there is still whistling, debug the potentiometer on the filter board of the galvanometer driver board, If the howling still cannot be eliminated, you need to return to the company for precise adjustment. 6. The marking is not sealed or the sealing is too much
Change the 'jump delay' in the marking software, the delay of light output and light off. If it doesn't work, it means that the galvanometer is not fully calibrated. It should be returned to the company and will be returned to the supplier. 7. When marking, there is no laser output under the marking head, but there is a laser in the laser exit hole
The software marking speed is very fast, the field lens is not installed, the galvanometer does not move and the swing position is abnormal, the galvanometer lens falls off, and the galvanometer lens is dirty. The first few problems are dealt with according to the above methods. The galvanometer lens falls off and cracks. It is necessary to return to the company to replace with a new lens and adjust the laser. The dirty lens of the galvanometer should be wiped with 99% alcohol and absorbent cotton.
