1. Laser and principle
Ultraviolet laser marking machine: It is developed by using 355nm ultraviolet laser. Compared with infrared laser, this machine adopts third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. Compared with infrared laser, 355 ultraviolet light has a very small focusing spot, which can greatly reduce the mechanical properties of materials. It is deformed and has little effect on processing heat.
Fiber laser marking machine: The wavelength of 1064nm is used. Regarding the laser wavelength, generally the shorter the wavelength, the smaller the laser spot, the higher the accuracy, the smaller the heat-affected zone formed during processing, and the finer the processing effect.

Fiber laser marking machine: High cost performance, basically suitable for laser marking on various metal surfaces. Due to the heat generated by its beam, it is not suitable for marking special materials.
Ultraviolet laser marking machine: It is especially suitable for the high-end market of ultra-fine processing, marking the surface of packaging bottles of cosmetics, medicines, videos and other polymer materials, with fine effect, strong marking and cleaning, better than ink Coding and pollution-free; marking and scribing on flexible pcb boards; processing of micro-holes and blind holes on silicon wafers.
