Precautions for laser engraving machine. In the use and maintenance, it is necessary to master the methods and careful maintenance, so that the machine can play its role more stably.

1. Good grounding of laser engraving machine The laser power supply and the machine bed must have good grounding protection, and the ground wire should be a special ground wire less than 4Ω. The necessity of grounding is:

(1) The laser power supply can be guaranteed to work normally;

(2) The laser can be extended Tube life;

(3) It can prevent the machine tool from bouncing due to external interference;

(4) Prevent accidental high-voltage discharge Cause circuit damage;

2. The cooling water of the laser engraving machine should be smooth. Whether it is a chiller or a circulating water pump, the water must be kept smooth. The cooling water takes away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature, the lower the optical output power (15-25°C water temperature is better, depending on the indoor temperature. The temperature difference should not be too large, otherwise water condensation will occur.); Water cut off will cause the tube end to burst due to heat accumulation in the laser cavity, and even damage the laser power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is smooth at any time. When the water pipe has a hard bend (dead bend) or falls off, and the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power drop or even damage to the equipment. Although the equipment is equipped with a water protection switch, due to the quality problem or blockage of the water level switch, it does not work from time to time, so regular inspection is necessary.

3. Cleaning and maintenance, good ventilation, and cleaning and maintenance of the machine tool at any time are necessary conditions for the normal operation of the machine tool. Just imagine that the joints of people are not flexible, how can they still move? In the same way, the guide rail of the machine tool is a high-precision core component. After each work is completed, it must be cleaned and kept clean and lubricated; the bearings should also be regularly filled with oil, so as to make the drive flexible, process accurate, and prolong the service life of the machine tool.

4. The ambient temperature Z is preferably in the range of 5-35℃. Special attention is: if it is used in an environment below freezing point, it must be done:

(1) Prevent the circulating water in the laser tube from freezing, and the water must be completely discharged after shutdown Or do not turn off the water pump and chiller to keep it in a long-term circulation state;

(2) When starting up, the laser power supply should be preheated for more than 1 minute before it can work. In cloudy and rainy days And in a humid environment, the laser power supply needs a longer preheating time, and the high voltage can be applied only after the moisture is exhausted to prevent the high voltage circuit from breaking down.

5. Use the 'Shot' button correctly, the laser power is on standby, if you encounter 'Shot' or computer misoperation, the laser will be emitted, unintentionally injuring people and objects. Therefore, it is required that the laser power switch should be turned off at any time every time a job is completed, such as discontinuous processing. When the machine is working, the operator is not allowed to leave without authorization to prevent fire caused by various reasons, so as to avoid accidents.

6. Keep away from the interference of large power and strong vibration equipment, which may sometimes cause the machine to malfunction or unstable light output. Although it is rare, it should be avoided as much as possible. Therefore, such as large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. It goes without saying that strong vibration equipment, such as forging presses, vibrations caused by the walking of motor vehicles at close range, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very unfavorable for precise engraving.

7. As long as the lightning protection measures of the building are reliable, the lightning protection measures are sufficient. The first 'good grounding' above can also help with lightning protection. Special suggestion: In areas with unstable grid power (such as voltage fluctuations of more than 5%), please install a regulated power supply with a capacity of at least 3000W or more to prevent sudden voltage fluctuations from burning the circuit or computer.

8. Maintain the stability of the control PC. The control PC is mainly used for laser equipment control. In addition to installing the necessary graphic design software, it is best not to install other. Do not visit some bad websites or click on unknown links to avoid being attacked by viruses.

9. Maintenance of the guide rail: During the movement of the guide rail, a large amount of dust will be generated due to the processed material. Maintenance method: first wipe off the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail with cotton cloth, and then apply a layer of lubricating oil on the surface and side of the guide rail after wiping it clean. Maintenance cycle: about a week.

10. Maintenance of fans and air intakes: After the fan works for a period of time, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and the exhaust duct, which will affect the exhaust efficiency of the fan and cause a large amount of smoke and dust to be discharged. Maintenance method: Loosen the hose clamp connecting the exhaust pipe and the fan, remove the exhaust pipe, and clean the dust in the exhaust pipe and the fan. Due to the long-term operation of the air suction port under the platform, there may be fine dust or waste that may cause the air outlet to be blocked. Lift the platform down and clean the air suction port. Maintenance cycle: about half a month.

11. Tightening of screws: After the motion system works for a certain period of time, the screws at the joints of the motion will become loose, and the loosening of the screws will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. Maintenance method: Use tools to tighten the screws one by one. Maintenance period: about six months.
