In order to better use the co2 laser marking machine, we need to have a certain understanding of each part of the marking machine, including the control program. The operation steps of the software control program of the co2 laser marking machine mainly include the following five points.

1. At the beginning of the program, set the galvanometer position at the origin, corresponding to the center position of the processing graphics, turn off the laser, and set various system parameters.

Second, read the graphic data, adjust the graphic to be symmetrical about the origin, and make the motion coordinate system of the galvanometer motor coincide with the graphic coordinate system.

3. Query and detect the state of the photoelectric switch of the co2 laser marking machine, and judge whether the marked object is in place. If it is not in place, wait for it. If it is in place, execute it downward.

Fourth, according to the graphic data, get the coordinates of each point and the attributes of the point, and judge whether the action to be performed by the galvanometer is Jump commands are also mark commands. The judgment method is the attribute of the point. If it is a PU, a jump command is performed, and if it is a PD, a marking command is performed. The processing methods of these two commands are described below.

1. Jump command. To execute the jump command, first judge the state of the laser before this. If it is off, execute the jump command directly. The laser is on, and the off-time delay must be set. After the jump, a jump delay is required to wait for the actual position of the galvanometer to reach the specified position.

2. Marking command, if you want to execute the marking command, you need to judge this marking according to the previous laser state. Whether the marking command needs to turn on the marking or the marking connected with the last time, if it is the first time to turn on the marking, set the turning on delay, if the last time is also the marking command, set the inflection point delay, because the two times The laser does not need to be turned off between markings, but the actual position of its motion trajectory needs a smooth transition.

When the co2 laser marking machine executes the marking command, the obtained point and the current point should be formed into a line segment, and a linear interpolation algorithm will be performed on this line segment. The coordinates of a point are obtained in each step, and the coordinates of this point are sent to the galvanometer driver through DA conversion. If it is marking during the movement process, the displacement deviation should also be obtained, and the obtained displacement deviation is related to the corresponding direction of the coordinates of this point. Convert after adding.

5. Whether it is the marking command or the jump command of the CO2 laser marking machine, after the command is executed, it is necessary to judge whether the processing of the graphic data is completed. Return to step three. If it is completed, set the laser to the off state, and the position of the galvanometer will return to the origin.
