1. If the galvanometer motor does not swing, check whether the marking card has a control signal output. (Note that the signal is a DC voltage signal from -5V to +5V). If so, check the galvanometer. Check whether the signal cable is well connected. After confirming that the connection is correct, mark it. If it still does not swing, check whether the signal cable is reversed or disconnected. Otherwise, it can be concluded that the driver board is damaged.

If there is winding, if everything is normal, first replace it with a well-confirmed galvanometer driver board. If there is no interference, it can be concluded that there is a problem with the galvanometer driver board; if there is interference, there is a problem with the galvanometer motor. (Of course, the company goes out to laser maintenance personnel, please make sure that if the customer's galvanometer is a product three years ago, the product's resistance to interference will definitely be a little worse. If there is a mobile phone signal, motor, motor around the galvanometer marking head, Magnetic field, or the exposure of the RF signal of the Q switch may be affected, and this phenomenon can occur with new galvanometers)
First check whether there is an open circuit in each connection line Or short circuit, whether the connection is correct, whether the fuse is in good condition, after confirming that there is no error, turn on the power, and observe whether the indicator light on the galvanometer driver board is on green or yellow. If it does not light up or the red light is on, unplug the power cord of the driver board, and use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage of each terminal at the input end is ±24V. If the voltage is normal, test again if the voltage is normal when the driver board and the machine load are attached. If it is not normal, open the control box and test the voltage of the switching power supply without the load. If the voltage is not normal, just switch the power supply on. damage. After the power input is normal, after all the wires are connected, and the power is turned on, the motor will generally make two ticking sounds. If there is no sound, push the vibrating lens lightly with a little force. If the vibrating lens is not self-locking, drive The board is broken. Of course, when the voltage output is normal, if the driver board light does not light up or the red light is on, it means that there is a problem with the galvanometer driver board or the motor. At this time, find a driver board that is confirmed to be in good condition. After correct connection, turn on the power and vibrate. If the mirror motor is not self-locking, the galvanometer motor is damaged. Similarly, find a galvanometer motor that is in good condition, connect it to the driver board that cannot be powered on, and turn on the power. If it is not powered on, the galvanometer driver board is damaged. Such repeated connection and unplugging must be carried out under the condition of power off.
If it doesn't work, it means that the galvanometer is not fully calibrated. It should be returned to the company and will be returned to the supplier. Conditional laser maintenance after-sales personnel can follow the galvanometer. Make certain adjustments in the debugging steps, but pay attention to whether there are several potentiometers that are tampered with.

The software marking speed is very fast, the field lens is not installed, the galvanometer does not move and the swing position is abnormal, the galvanometer lens falls off, and the galvanometer lens is dirty. Change the 'jump delay' in the marking software, the delay of light output and light off. The first few problems are dealt with according to the above methods. The galvanometer lens falls off and cracks. It is necessary to return to the company to replace with a new lens and adjust the laser. The dirty lens of the galvanometer should be wiped with 99% alcohol and absorbent cotton. If it cannot be wiped, it is the center of the galvanometer. If the part, or the edge part is larger than 1 square millimeter, the galvanic lens should be replaced and the same as the galvanic lens falling off.
