3.1 Transformation of the electromagnetic vibration feeder
The working principle of the electromagnetic vibration feeder: under the action of the electromagnetic vibrator, the hopper vibrates up and down in a torsional manner, so that the workpiece follows the spiral The transfer channel moves from low to high, and is automatically arranged and oriented until the upper discharge port enters the feeding chute, and then is sent to the corresponding station by the feeding mechanism. However, since the workpiece to be processed is marked with spray code on the cylindrical surface (taking a cylindrical product of Φ5×5.4mm as an example), when the workpiece is moved from the feeding chute to the conveyor belt, the workpiece will be knocked down due to the transmitted vibration. In this regard, we use the trough section to solve this problem, and one section of the trough is fixed on the conveyor, parallel to the conveyor belt. The notch of the other section of the feeding trough faces the notch of the previous section, and is separated by a space of about 1mm to isolate the vibration transmitted by the electromagnetic vibration feeder, thereby effectively solving the problem of the workpiece being knocked down.
The working process of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder: due to the attraction of the electromagnet and the reverse reset action of the support spring, the material trough produces high-speed and high-frequency (50-100 times/second), slight amplitude (0.5 ~1mm) vibration, so that the workpiece gradually moves to the height. The working voltage of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is AC 220V, and the input frequency is 50/60Hz. The output voltage waveform can be selected as full wave or half wave. The output amplitude can be adjusted according to the speed of the workpiece movement.

After the hopper is charged, the support spring is squeezed and the amplitude becomes smaller, and the feeding speed also becomes slower; when the workpiece in the hopper gradually decreases, the amplitude becomes larger, The feeding speed also becomes faster. Therefore, the arrangement density of the workpieces on the conveyor belt will appear dense for a while and thin for a while, which has a certain impact on the output of the inkjet marking. In order to solve this problem, we designed and made a buffer hopper, which is installed above the electromagnetic vibration hopper, and the buffer hopper mouth is aligned with the height of the center of the electromagnetic vibration hopper about 20mm (the height can be adjusted according to the amount of workpieces in the electromagnetic vibration hopper). After the workpiece is added to the buffer hopper, it is sent into the electromagnetic vibration hopper from the outlet. When the workpiece in the electromagnetic vibration hopper reaches a certain amount, the workpiece will withstand the outlet of the buffer hopper, and the outlet of the buffer hopper will stop discharging; After the number of workpieces is reduced, the buffer hopper will automatically feed to the electromagnetic vibration hopper, so that the workpiece in the electromagnetic vibration hopper always maintains a certain amount, so that the amplitude of the electromagnetic vibration hopper is always consistent, so as to solve the problem of uneven density of workpieces on the conveyor belt. .
3.2 Magnetizing device
The magnetizing device consists of a fixed bracket, a material guide slot, a dial, a dial, and a magnetizing device. The fixed bracket is used to fix the dial motor, Guide chute.
