The laser marking machine has a relatively high mechanical technology content and conforms to the trend of energy saving and environmental protection of the times, so it is favored by the majority of users and consumers. However, in order for the laser marking machine to give full play to its mechanical function, it is necessary to solve the daily problems in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine and the quality of the product.

1. Check that the output power of the laser is normal, but when the laser beam emitted by the laser does not work, it is necessary to check whether the laser optical system is adjusted accurately, and at the same time check the performance of the acousto-optic switch. Whether it acts as a switch, and whether the D/A card controls the voltage of the acousto-optic output signal to 5V.

2. When the acousto-optic switch of the laser fails, it cannot switch the laser during the marking process. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the RF output power of the acousto-optic power supply is It is normal, and make sure to check the power switches, the connection of the radio frequency line, and whether the optical fiber section of the Q switch is polluted.

3. If the marked characters and graphics cannot meet the marking depth required by the product, check whether the laser output power of the laser meets the requirements, and whether the acousto-optic switch is turned off. Check whether the adjustment accuracy of the optical path system is sufficient, as well as the position and direction of the beam expander, check the dirt on the lens surface, check the workpiece fixing table so that the workpiece to be processed is on the focal plane, and check whether the DC voltage output by the laser power supply is 28V. decrease, resulting in a decrease in the laser output power.

4. The nitrogen lamp cannot be ignited, check whether the nitrogen lamp has reached its service life, whether the connection between the electrodes at both ends of the chlorine lamp to the laser power supply is reliable, and whether the output voltage and current of the laser power supply are normal.

5. The main problems of the D/A digital-analog card are that the 4th pin does not have a positive 5V sound and light turn-on signal, which will cause the sound and light power supply to fail. Work, so that the information output by the analog signal cannot accurately express the content that needs to be set, that is, it is expressed as garbled; the phenomenon shown in the marked product is a dotted line.

6. A common problem encountered by the galvanometer scanning head of the laser marking system is that it prints a trapezoid or a diamond when marking a standard square, which is what needs to be printed. The square border of the pincushion or barrel shape.

7. The printing distortion caused by the galvanometer scanning head of the laser marking system will have pincushion or barrel distortion in the galvanometer marking system. It is a phenomenon inherent in the scanning method of galvanometer printing. The way to solve this kind of distortion is to use the output signal to effectively correct the printing distortion phenomenon. There are two ways to use the output signal to correct the distortion. One is to correct by the hardware method, which is rarely used now. Another method of calibration is done by computer software, which is the most commonly used calibration method at present. The method of hardware calibration is to use a pre-set calibration card to convert the analog signal output by the D/A card according to its regularity. The voltage value is changed, and then the corrected signal is sent to the galvanometer, and the galvanometer completes the motion scanning through these signals and reflects the laser to complete the marking. The method of software correction is the correction function of the marking system software itself. In the process of laser marking, the input digital signal is corrected by the software according to certain rules, and then the signal of the computer software processing number is transmitted to the D/A card output and then marking.

8. After the laser marking machine completes the line printing into a dotted line, first check the connection of the signal line, and the connection line between the galvanometer driver board and the motor, and then check the D Whether /A is inserted and contacted to ensure the normal operation of the D/A card.

9. When there is a problem with the laser circuit, first check whether the fluorine lamp is working normally, and whether the nitrogen lamp is incombustible or sparking. When the laser marking system When running for a long time, the air-conditioning system may not be cooled. At this time, you should check whether the connecting parts are in good condition, and then you need to check the setting parameters of the temperature controller. And the upper and lower limits of the temperature controller should be set according to the marked ambient temperature. Generally set at about 4 ℃.

10. For the optical path problem of the laser marking machine, it is necessary to check whether the nitrogen lamp is aging. The aging of the nitrogen lamp will directly cause the power of the laser output to decrease. During the marking process, the marking time is long, and its dielectric diaphragm is prone to contamination, resulting in light leakage from the total mirror, resulting in a drop in output power. The position of the dielectric diaphragm is used to solve the problem, which will cause the laser output power to drop and the divergence angle of the laser to become larger, resulting in a very large change in the position of the laser beam output.

11. To adjust the beam expander, the incident light needs to be adjusted to the center of the light entrance hole of the beam expander, and the outgoing light also needs to be adjusted to the center of the light exit hole. The adjustment effect of the incident light and the outgoing light of the beam expander has a great influence on the quality of the marking, mainly as follows: the laser power decreases, the laser intensity distribution is uneven, the center of the software design and the physical center of the galvanometer lens emit light. Dislocation can not achieve consistency, and the effect of beam expansion will not be achieved.
